MAY POSSIBLY BE CONSTRUED AS SO-CALLED “COMRADERY?” BUT CLEARLY IT IS A WASTE OF INSTRUCTIONAL TIME. WE SHOULD SEE: RIGOROUS TEACHING, STUDENT FLUENCY RATES AND ACADEMIC RESULTS EXPLOITED IN THE SAME MANNER THIS BULL-SHIT AT THE DOOR IS EXPLOITED. ARE THEY REALLY TELLING US THAT, PLAYING SOME SILLY HAND-SHAKE GAME AT THE DOOR WILL INCREASE STUDENT ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT? SECRETARY OF EDUCATION, BETSY DeVOS WILL WANT TO KNOW JUST HOW EXACTLY THIS IS AN INTELLIGENT AND EFFICIENT USE OF INSTRUCTIONAL TIME AND TAXPAYER DOLLARS?
