Homeless Veteran Captain Hashim Bomani was threatened with jail time by Officer Nakakura for Ruffling the “Bunker Bitch” Feathers of those at The Employment Development Department (EDD) by making the statement, “You F%cking Gimps will pay one way or another.”
When Officer Nakakura told Captain Hashim Bomani, “if this remark mean other than a terrorist threat I will not have to arrest your ass” to which, Captain Hashim Bomani responded by saying, “Sir, all due respect, but I have been sleeping in the gutter, plus I have not eaten in approximately (2) two days, and I may have to take you up on that offer because Three Hot’s and a Cot, sounds real good right about now”.
