Dear Mr. Barack Obama:
It is with great precatory prayer that this correspondence finds you in the best of health, wealth and prosperity. Moreover, it is with great reservation, deep respect and the utmost of humility that I write this correspondence. Sir, when I joined the United States Military my motive was pure and unwavering. However, I am deeply pained to say that I have grown weary and/or exhausted in my rationale for signing on the dotted line and executed an oath to protect and defend a Constitution that has been deemed irrelevant by The American Judicial System. In that, you being a Constitutional Scholar, I remind you of The 14th Amendment, Section 1 which states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”
Be that as it may, on several occasions I have written to your office out-lining details of exactly how Judicial Officers of The Los Angeles Superior Court (i.e. Marjorie S. Steinberg, Scott M. Gordon, Anthony Drewrey, Robert B. Axel, Charles Q. Clay III, Fesia A. Davenport, Philip S. Spaber and Jesus Zalada) have failed to acknowledge my 14th Amendment Rights in matters, WILSON v. BOMANI, Superior Court Case Number :VD 065587.
Therefore, I will now take your silence and/or unwillingness to intervene on behalf of my person in matters, WILSON v. BOMANI, as permission and/or authorization to speak freely to all branches of the United States Government:
I, SGT. HASHIM MWAMBA BOMANI (SS#: 546-71-1319), no long buy into your “Fucked-Up American Dream,” for it is Your American Judicial System that has criminally denied my children their father for approximately (6) years. It appears Your Constitution only works for Privileged Elite Cowards like Yourselves, I call You cowards because You send United States Soldiers like myself to the front-lines to do your dirty work, and then show no concern when that Soldier points out very noticeable fraud and corruption, and how that Soldier is being Fucked by the very system he fights to maintain. Furthermore, I refer to you as cowards because you encourage those of us at the lower echelon of society to join The United States Military, but you have no intention of encouraging your own children and/or family members to join and go to the front-lines of your nefarious wars and fight. Tell You what Mr. Obama, the next time America wants me to fight a fictitious enemy like Osama bin Laden, you better be willing to strap on the M-4 and/or M-16 and bring your PUNK ASSES to the front-lines and engage. Here is a suggestion, if You, Akmudenajad and Kim Jong Un have conflict, come out of you fantasy bubble and bring Your BITCH ASSES to the octagon and fight to the death on National Television, you PUNK ASS BITCHES! It’s a GodDamn shame that United States Soldiers are willing to pay the ultimate price for a false and deceptive concept of freedom, only to be denied their Constitutional Rights, and at the same time, the United States Soldier is disrespected and spat upon by their Superiors.
Therefore, Mr. Obama, I guess it is time for us to detach and go our separate ways, but before I end all communications with The United States Government, I want to test a theory. In that, I have been studying weather patterns, and based on my findings, the following hypothesis has been rendered, true and exact. My hypothesis suggests that, where ever HASHIM MWAMBA BOMANI AND HIS CHILDREN are located on this planet, there you will find a 20 mile spherical radius of bliss, and the safest place on the planet. I welcome your challenge to my theory.
