Ma’am, what do these Real Estate Companies know about their so-called “buyer’. Ma’am, you offer a lot of points, but you fail to acknowledge the buyer’s (i.e., Gen Z and Gen Alpha) intellectual capacity. Ma’am, do you really expect these corporate giants to rent or sale to two generations whose IQ has dropped by 40%? I recommend you study the future home consumers then attempt to examine the mind of the Real Estate Company. Ma’am if you were in the business of selling apples, you’d have a difficult time selling your apples to Gen Z and Gen Alpha. So don’t expect the Real Estate Companies to entrust their properties in the hands of a statically Low IQ Population.
